So does Microsoft Update Catalog have Drivers that are for my SUBSYS?  The only way to find out is to do a search of SUBSYS_08321028

This results in quite a number of hits.  For now remember that there are Realtek, Nvidia, and Intel drivers that were matched
Conclusion
This example should demonstrate that Windows Update does contain some OEM customized Drivers CAN be used by people like Philip Flint
